February 11, 2017 - Butter on the nose, reminds me of white Burgundy, a bit of vanilla. Medium + acidity, dry. Green apples, some butter, good balance. Quite a bit of barrel. Long fruity finish. Very good.

Trenger litt tid for å åpne seg opp.
Med temp kommer sitrus, smør, mineralitet.
God fylde. Frisk. Distinkt fatbruk med tydelig smør. Lang ettersmak.
300kr er en pen pris for dette!
Halv flaske igjen under vakum til de to neste dagene. Syns den har tapt seg en del siden første dag.
La ligge minst et halvt år før neste flaske.
