December 9, 2017 - Ruby colored, scents of pencil shavings and earth, on the palate graphite and Cargasacchi earth, cherries and lavender. Smooth well rounded mouth feel with an integrated backbone of tannins growing more prominent and playing with the graphite at the backside. This wine can stand 2-5 more years of age.

November 17, 2016 - I have started to become a fan of Ken Brown wines, especially his Pinot Noir's.
Medium purple color with limited clarity. Bright nose of red cherry and oak spices. On the palate this wine is medium in body with decently balanced tannin's, acids and alcohol.
This is a young wine with candied red cherry is front and center. Herbal flavors on the mid palate and a nice finish of oak spices. Not overly complex but a nice Pinot.
Pared this with chocolate moose cake and it was HUGE! The red cherry paired well with the chocolate and this has enough tannin and acids to stand tall with the sugars.
