July 2, 2015 - The third day this wine really opened and found its balance. Starting flowey and quite innocent the evolution of this wine continued and at day three the elements were integrated: lovely fresh nose with depth, volume in the midtaste (round and balanced) ending in a very nice aftertaste with a slight bitterness.

June 8, 2015 - Unscrewed and poured. Faint strawberry aroma. Light citrus/melon flavors. Medium finish. Touch of sweetness, firm acids, nicely balanced. Simple, well made, and that's about it.

May 10, 2015 - Peach skin, light strawberry, faint mineral notes. Some fruitiness skews the body from light toward medium. The finish is medium<clipped, the tension, good, not great. Not going to repurchase, though it is awfully easy drinking. Syrah 30%, Cabernet 30%, Grenache 25%, Cinsault 15%. 13,0% abv.

May 7, 2015 - smells like provence. candied berries, palate is tart/tangy, nice length. Chalky minerality.
