February 13, 2016 - Tropical fruits, pear, grass and lemon. Light as a feather on the palate, beautiful. Pear, lemon, lime, hint of elder. Elegant with obvious potential to grow, very good.

December 18, 2015 - Still very young. Citrus, smokyness maybe ginger. Viscosity started to develop, and will become a lot more complex in the next 3-5 years. Would easily match this with asian food
