May 20, 2018 - Big and rich, almost reminiscent of a big new world Chardonnay. Heavily oaked, it impart spice more than vanilla, but the ripe fleshy and tropical fruits stand up to it. The analogies to Chardonnay stop at the finish, where you get that floral/herby thing with a good lick of caramel. Not subtle, this has the structure to improve and can stand up to really buttery sauces.
