  January 6, 2024 - NM 387.001 Aromas of raspberries, brambles, some yeast/brioche. Palte with rabspberries, unripe strawberries, bark, minerals and brown stems. Nice acids on a medium body. Also with a nice finish. Tasty but not that complex.

  March 19, 2023 - Peach and strawberry on the nose. On the palate, strawberry, yellow apple, tangerine, and notes of spice and yeast on the medium finish, with a fine bubble and good acidity. This isn't as frizzante as most Champagne. It was a good value at about $40.
