September 1, 2023 - Developed yellow color, without the brown. Very nice aromas dominated by yellow apples, butter, forest floor, and a touch of mushroom.
Nice acidity that plays well with the fruit and depth of the wine. My best (and last) bottle. -

December 26, 2020 - Very nice, fresh, well-balanced. Some age and notable autolysis, but at 24 years old that must be allowed. Very nice bottle.

Still not showing much secondary, just the slightest hint of nuttiness. Beautiful acidity on the palate, with great stony minerality and soft bubbles.
