January 24, 2020 - Much improved from a bottle tasted two years ago. Very pungent spice and clove on nose, settled down nicely. Close to peak, full bold fruit, long finish. One bottle left to enjoy soon.

October 29, 2018 - Somewhat muted nose of raspberries, cranberries, blackberry, lavender and sage. Powerful fruity palate, full of cherry, raspberry, plum on the front end, and some rich blueberry and blackberry at the back. Some notable garrigue, black pepper, black licorice quinine qualities are also in the mix. Good balance and long, transformative finish. It feels like it's at its peak about now.
