Community Tasting Notes 1

May 8, 2015 - Quality Chop House (Quality Chop House): Light ruby to mid garnet. Bright and vibrant. Slightly earthy strawberry fruit. Red-fruited Cote de Beaune. Smooth and harmonious though possibly lacks a little polish and depth. A fraction superficial. Once Corton is established, I wonder whether it's 92. Soft, mellow and pretty. ****
