October 31, 2020 - Tasted at home with friends, dinner featuring wine vintages ending in a zero. Served to accompany Italian style chicken casserole. Very much in the style of mature Italian valpolicella, this was fresh and drinking well. Opened and decanted 30 minutes before tasting. Good depth of cherry colour. Good fruit on the nose and palate, cherries, plums. Smooth and slipped down easily. Quite long on the finish. Great now, but I wouldn't keep any longer.
