    May 13, 2016 - I have this as AOC Coteaux d'Aix

Predominantly grenache and syrah, reflected in aromatics

Spice, raspberry, soft mineral acidity, lingering mineral finish

September 29, 2015 - Appearance: Clear wine with a medium salmon-pink colour and red reflections.

Nose: Clean nose with a Medium+ intensity. This wine is youthful.

Perfumed and elegant - lovely bouquet! Floral notes dominate the nose with Rose petals and orange blossom in unison. Nectarine and pomegranate are more solid underneath with hints of red apple and rocky minerality.

    Palate:
    Dry
    Medium+ acidity
    Medium alcohol
    Medium+ intensity
    Medium body
    Medium+ finish

The palate is a pleasant mix of stone fruit, citrus and red apple. Nice round flavours tinged at the edge with delicate floral and honey. The finish is lovely, extended and fades softly away instead of a bitter drop-off as with some of these wines.

Very good quality Rosé wine from Provence. To be drank now and at 13-15 euros a bottle - excellent QPR. I will try to have plenty of this on hand for next spring!
