September 7, 2020 - A little under 4 years since my last btl. Still somewhat reserved on the nose: a touch of lemon oil and shimmer of crushed rock. On the palate, fantastic acidity, loads of wet stone, a tickle of dissolved CO2 blends into lemon and tarragon. Lovely density, and stone and lemon on the refreshing. Still goes down really easily.

June 12, 2017 - From memory. PnP. Took about an hour to get going. Lemons and other citrus flavors with electric minerality. With air and warming, an herbal component also comes up. Not that complex but a nice drink nonetheless. Feels young but drinking well.
