June 27, 2015 - light green/lemon hue, clear. citrus, nectarine, fresh, very subtle wood. Vibrant acidity, medium+ bodied, slight sweetness and nice mineral notes in finish, good length.

milder, more complex and elegant than Brancott standard S.B., however it's still a commercial style, though it uses 'Special Reserve' 'Fume Blanc' as name, sounds more serious. actually, it's not barrel matured like 2013. under new GI Act (could be released next year), I'm wondering if it can match the name 'Fume Blanc', which normally hints oak barrel matured, not just partially in this way. MC 4 stars.

    Ap: 5/5; Ar: 12/15; Palate: 17/20; overall: 3+1/10
    TOTAL: 88/100
