June 18, 2017 - Light golden in colour. Consumed at cellar temperature (13C).
Intense nose of white grapefruit, buttermilk, salinity, cashews.
In the mouth, good balanced acid. Bit of white peach, salinity, nuttiness/nougat and a long finish. -

May 4, 2016 - From memory. Opened this with Matt, Wes, Brandon, Meredith and crew. Opened for > 1 hr. Nice tart apple and mellow lemon flavors, herbs, a mild nuttiness and maybe some tannins. Very fresh and beautifully balanced. Not sure if this was made in an oxidative manner but wasn't really obvious. More felt in the mellowness and texture. Still really good and a standout with food.
