June 1, 2017 - Nice but it's starting to either decline or is in entering a funk stage.
Consumed over two days, it is evident that the fruit is abundant as ever and beginning to mellow out nicely but the alcohol is becoming more apparent and the tannins are more noticeable?!?!?!
I can't work it out ... three bottles to go of this vintage and unsure of whether to start cracking them open or being patient .. obviously a first world problem!!! -

June 11, 2016 - Decanted for 3hrs and served with homemade pizzas.
Very smooth with only the slightest hint of tannin. Fruity and much more peppery than previous bottles. Very, very drinkable and punching well above its sticker price ($20).
Developing nicely and my fingers are crossed that the other six bottles tucked away continue to develop and over-deliver in the next 5 -10yrs (2021 - 2026).
