June 11, 2018 - This is still drinking well. It has peach and apple with good acidity and a bright finish.

June 1, 2018 - A bit sweet. Good with smoked salmon.

    Tasted non blind.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of grapefruit, flowers, talc and perfume. Flavors of grapefruit, Lychee and peach. Medium acidity, light to medium body. Drink now.

August 13, 2015 - This tasted different at the winery tasting. This blend comes off as a Pinot Grigio, and consfuses me since I don't get the Viogner body that I'd like. The 50/50 blend should balance out but the Sauv Blanc seems to take over.
