  August 11, 2016 - Wineing; 8/11/2016-8/13/2016 (Calle Apuntadores 24, Palma, Mallorca, Spain): Nose: green pear, lemon, sea air
  Taste: light to medium bodied, medium+ acidity, green apple, lemon, sweet pear, salty, very refreshing, I prefer Bolo than his bigger brother Louro do Bolo, this one is crisper and more mineral

  February 18, 2016 - For a $13 bottle, quite acceptable. Very pale light yellow. Bright, crisp and refreshing, showing lemon citrus covered minerals. Nice mouthfeel, turns to granny smith apples on the finish. Nice value.

  June 29, 2015 - The wine shows a beautiful pale lemon colour. It has an expressive and complex nose displaying aromas of savoury yeast, fresh apricots, fennel, white pepper and hints of green apple.
  
  It is dry in the mouth with a high mouthwatering acidity well-balanced by the rich body and unctuous texture and its remarkable flavour concentration. The finish is long.
  
  A serious wine with some complexity despite its youth. It achieves a very interesting balance being refreshing and full-bodied at the same time. Can drink now, but it has enough acidic structure and flavour concentration to develop some tertiary aromas over the next 1-2 years.
