July 24, 2018 - This wine continues to evolve each year we open another bottle. Water clear, with floral aromas. First time licorice is a significant flavor. A light lime acidity boosts the vivacity and helps the taste stay refreshing. Outstanding silky texture that caresses and coats the mouth, and drives a long finish. Overall, sets the standard for top notch Vermentino.

October 3, 2017 - An excellent wine to show how good Vermentino can get, here from Sardinia. Pale yellow, very aromatic, refreshingly acidic, smoothly textured, rich, concentrated, and mouth coating.

December 2, 2016 - A standout among Vermentino wines, way beyond just being light and refreshing. Vivid aromas of citrus and flowers. More complex, concentrated, and rich, making the taste more mouth filling, coating, and caressingly textured. The swallow has a fine spike of citric acidity that makes the wine especially bright and self cleansing. Great flavor persistence in the aftertaste. Superb with a wide range of foods.
