    May 22, 2016 - Super funky and acidic...loved it

August 9, 2015 - Stored this upright over the summer in order to get all the tartrates and sediment to the bottom. After 10 weeks' aging you have a lovely pink with cranberry, mineral, strawberry and smoke, amongst other flavors/sensations. The smoky aspect must be a signature of rose of Mourvedre and something I have always found in Tempier (especially when tasted with other, sweeter roses.) Not rating it but really hoping there will be an encore 2015 version!

August 7, 2015 - Cloudy salmon in appearance. Somewhat bigger boned, juicy, and zesty with watermelon, cranberry, and minerals. Interesting and easy drinking. By the glass at Heyday.

July 14, 2015 - Enjoyable, just quenching enough with both nice acidity and a pleasing sourness. I agree with nzinkgraf's note. It's hard to put it down and this is a nice example of a low intervention style.
