March 28, 2010 - Used a glass in an anchovie/pine nut pasta sauce and was very pleased with the result. The wine itself is a bit light in color and has a bit of acidity to it suggesting that the grapes may have been picked a little early, but it was still rather enjoyable. It will benefit from being decanted for an hour or two prior to drinking.
