  April 2, 2007 - Not sure I have the year right. Tried this at a tasting last week at Beekman, was really impressed. This was the best chardonnay I've had, including French (not that I drink a lot of white). Sweet without being annoyingly buttery, fresh and creamy without feeling over-oaked. At about $50 a bottle, not cheap enough for me to buy instead of a good red, but did show me how good white can be sometimes. Salesman told me that this is recognized as the best chard out of Israel. Kosher.
