  August 3, 2015 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of some petillance.
  
  The nose is clean and youthful, showing medium(+) intensity aromas of lemon peel, lime juice, honeysuckle, white pepper and fresh green apple.
  
  The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a high refreshing acidity. It has a medium(-) alcohol, a medium body and medium(+) intensity flavours. The finish is medium.
  
  It is a good quality wine. The it has a decent enough finish, and the acidity is balanced by the fruit concentration supported by the residual sugar. However it lacks some fruit concentration, and the finish could be longer. Other vintages of this wine have been a bit less austere in the mouth, but this one display very clear floral aromas.
  
  Drink now, not intended for ageing. It has enough acidic structure to be kept, but it will lose its attractive fruity and floral aromas without developing any interesting tertiary flavours.
