December 5, 2022 - Nose of dark fruits and earthy/woodsy notes. Lovely mouthfeel. Dark fruits, wet leaves, spice, nice acidity. This is drinking great.

June 3, 2018 - Black cherry and earthy aroma. Strawberry and wet leaves on the palate with a lingering vanilla finish. Great acidity/fruit balance and a medium density made this perfect with our tuna steaks.

May 13, 2018 - day 1: Good nose, bright, fruity, intense, pleasant. Good balance palate. Finish quickly displays bitter notes, spoiling the party.
day 2: Nose unchanged, palate is a bit richer, and the bitter finish is gone. Yay. Very nice.
day 4: vacuvin has its limits too. Wine is dull, displaying notable oxidation, and light on nose and palate. -

February 2, 2018 - Quite dark fruit, cedar, cherries, and a bit of heat on the nose. Great fruit on the palate with medium tannins and notes of spices and red berries. Good finish. Wife: 92
