February 19, 2016 - I am not a Vouvray fan. I find it a but mushy generally and prefer a Riesling, due to its minerality, if I want something fruitier or even off-dry. But this is a much better Vouvray than others I've tried. Smooth, buttery and it is medium dry but should got nicely with our Shrimp Masaman.

August 2, 2015 - Sweet citrus, pineapple bouquette. Lemon, ripe pineapple, tart apple mouth. Highly acidic, very tropical. Had with shrimp salad sandwich, nice combo.
