La bouche est souple et fine, très élégante aussi, avec un grain de tanin serré et fin, loin de la rusticité qu'on trouve souvent dans cette appellation. Pas de sur-extraction, une très jolie bouteille. (Fronsac repris récemment par Olivier Decelle (Mas Amiel), dont le 2002 est le premier millésime).

Better nose than the Bellevue with more tobacco notes. More complex overall than Bellevue. Open and expansive on the palate with plenty of fruit. But it’s just another Rolland wine. £12
