January 21, 2019 - Robust, peppery, still lots of tannin. I’d get this wine again.

January 11, 2018 - For $10 a bottle by the case, a great value for everyday drinking.
It's inky colored, aroma of blackberry and slightly earthy. On the palate, blackberry, raisin, raisin, plum, flint, oak, black pepper and stoniness. The body is medium, with somewhat linear texture. Medium acidity, easy drinking with outstanding QPR. Some of the comments here expect a little too much for the price point...lighten up, folks :)

May 5, 2017 - Boring Grenache dominantes, I've had better in the 6-8 $ range. I didn't like the acid integration much, mid-low tannins, basic fruit showing. Was an un-insprired effort, wouldn't recommend at this $15 price range at all. Another Total Wine Winery Direct fail.

February 26, 2017 - This wine is holding up nicely. At least a couple of more years in it. The nose has got a lot going on. Previous comments are accurate. Don't know the breakdown of the grapes but there is also a meaty and minty component going on here. Hey-who makes wine like this in America???????????-NOT!-that I know of. Dare I say it?, this is why we respect and love French wines.

February 2, 2017 - Red and blue fruits. Good typicity. Well made, just not my style.
