June 10, 2017 - Great balance. Has everything you wish for in a kabinett. A trip down memory lane. Hopefully the Germans will return to this type of wine. There are too many bone dry wines out there (although they can be beautiful as well).

October 3, 2016 - Pale yellow wine with a bouquet and flavor of tart apples, with some gasoline and mineral notes. Nice acidity with good balance. Surprisingly good for a wine that was very cheap. Had with a lovely dinner, including crab beignet's, at La Petite Grocery in New Orleans.
