May 28, 2023 - The last of my stash and it’s showing great right now. Pretty much what WC said below. Shared with a friend who has not tried many BF wines, and the cloudiness shocked him. This feels right in the zone at the moment.

September 2, 2022 - This pours a cloudy light ruby with the faintest hint of bricking. The nose is extremely expressive and fantastically complex. Aromas are of caper brine, toasted spices, pickled ginger, red cherry, wet soil, moss, petrichor, rose petals, grapefruit zest, and strawberries dusted in icing sugar. The palate enters on the bright red fruit with a lovely savoury briney character. Tannin is low, acid is medium plus. The finish is long replaying much of the nose. Just a great bottle of wine. Correctly identified as New World when tasted bind but really focuses nicely on the savoury side of things.
