February 28, 2024 - Needed to be served cool to generate a sense of finesse, but pretty good when we did so. Some flowers and pretty, juicy red fruit, but also a fair bit of (somewhat rustic) structure - felt on the young side, but also not sure if there'd be much point holding. Good but not great.

February 9, 2022 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS; Perrin Family (By JdB): Beautiful and herbaceous bouquet with juicy red berries. On the palate juicy berry fruits with good herbs and spices, chocolate, sweet licorice root and good bitterness. Firm amount of good acidity and sticky tannin. Good length.

January 7, 2019 - Weekly tasting group RWP #315; Rhone varietals (@ My place): Creamy and youthful, lactic bouquet with cherries and garrigue. On the palate juicy red berries like strawberries and cherries.Herbs and spices. Good acidity and slightly sticky tannin. Will improve with 3 - 5+ years of ageing. For tonight 90+

May 8, 2018 - Wine Spectator Grand Tour - Las Vegas: Aromas of garrigue, rosemary, spices and currant. Black fruit on the palate with spices, earth and mineral secondary depth. Fleshy and smooth. Nice elegance. Very nice.

April 26, 2017 - Bought from the Wine Society £35. Good velvety rich flavour - would buy this again, although somewhat expensive. The real deal.
