June 11, 2015 - Something a little different. Lemon colour, modest bead. Very light nose, a touch herbal. Pear flavour, quite round, a little lemon. Nice and prosecco-like, though a little more astringent on the finish. Good. [Composite standard cork; 12% abv; Vino Wines, Edinburgh, ~£10.50]
