October 21, 2017 - Clear, medium yellow, almost golden core and thin watery rim. Developing
Nose is clean with medium+ intense aromas of popcorn, flint, butter, lemon, red apples, oak, caramell, developing
Palate is dry, medium+ acidity, alcohol, body and flavour intensity with aromas of popcorn, butter, lemon, red apples, hint of tropical fruit (pinapple), oak, flint and chalk, long finish which has some yellow fruit aromas
Well balanced and intense Bâtard, long finish, deep complexity, solid concentration. This is a outstanding wine, the only thing pulling down is maybe a tad too much oak, the acidity dont seem very well integrated. Drink now and next 10-15 years (if not premox) Outstanding quality, 93-94p
