September 28, 2015 - Fiorentini Vini - Castrocaro (FC) ((Cesena, Italy)): Compact ruby red, with cherry rim.
Intense, complex and fine at nose: wood imprint at the beginning: sweet spices (vanilla); black fruit: cooked plum and elder; coffee notes.
Dry, alcoholic (13,5%) and rounded. Good acidity and medium minerality. Sweet but vigorous tannins, Intense, persistent and fine. Still to be balanced, despite of the rich nose. [AiS Rom. 80/85 2016]
