March 4, 2021 - Light ruby-garnet core. Clear. There is a bit of black pepper, cherry and baked bread on the nose. Just a hint of residual sugar on the attack, but otherwise dry. Balanced acidity. No tannins. This is light, bright and pure — everything I was hoping for from a Pinot Noir made by a master of Loire Sauvignon Blanc.
