August 17, 2016 - Very good, unusual blend for an Australian wine. 14.5% alc. 'European style of Merlot' - it certainly is, a good St Emilion style.
Colour: deep ruby, red berry, slightly smokey
Bouquet: very spicey, plum and red and black and blue berry fruit
Palate: as bouquet, fine grained soft tannins, very long finish and clean and dry, quite silky and elegant. Amazing value.
