  January 8, 2019 - Pale lemon, aromas are slightly pongy initially then lemon, lime and apple. The palate has lemon and lime fruit and lime peel and zest with a little bit of red apple. It lacks the freshness of previous bottles with a hint of reflux on the finish which isn’t ideal....

  May 1, 2018 - Evolved since I last drank it. Pale lemon with lemon sherbet aromas and a hint of petrol. The palate has zest of lime and lemon, light to medium body with a sprickly texture despite the absence of any spritz. Crisp and dry with medium length finish.

  December 12, 2015 - Pale and watery. Elegant lime nose with a floral lift. The palate offers up lime fruit, good acidity, a saline thread through the middle of it with a pronounced crushed sea shell finish. Decent length and bone dry.
