April 29, 2023 - Dark, dark wine. Molten tar, dark red fruits, and tart berries. Great length, with good tannins and acidity. Drinking well now, but has several years to go.

August 15, 2022 - Did not know I was a Petite Sirah fan until I drank this. Rich dark cherry fruit. Tannins almost fully resolved but still good structure. Great aromatics.

December 14, 2021 - Deep purplish ruby red. Layered nose with mulch, leather, black cherries, spices and perfumed herbs. Medium plus tannins (6.5/10) and full bodied. Nice and savory on the palate with notes of black cherries, berries and spices. Long finish. Drink till 2030.

January 5, 2021 - This is past its drinking window, it has no spine at this point and is very flabby, if you have not put this one down the hatch yet you may be too late.........

November 18, 2020 - Wow, this has come a long way since my previous bottle. Deep and complex. Tons of mountain fruit, savoury herbs, florals, and a hint of pyrazine (perhaps due to the cooler, wetter 2011 season?) that brings Cab Franc to mind.
