June 13, 2017 - This wine is a new experience for me as I have never tasted the petit manseng grape. I'm going to go look for more, as well as wine made from the gros manseng grape as well. It is a fruity yet spicy and slightly dry or sour aftertaste. It went well with bluefish one night - held it's own with an oily fish - and the next night it went well with a chef salad. More enjoyable then many rieslings or other predominantly sweet wines.
