August 14, 2016 - Delicious. Lovely acidity and freshness. Really pure expression of aligote. Clean and direct. Drink again.

September 14, 2015 - Extremely aromatic wine. Pacalet has really managed to get a lot of healthy and fleshy fruit (notes of pickled/salted lemon, ripe pear, white peach and some sage) in this wine. Great acidity and minerality to balance it out in a quite long, slightly herbal/spicy and pleasant finish. Very enjoyable with or without food. None of the usual thin and sharp edges you find in other Aligotes.
Unreal quality for this grape and type. For short term drinking. Only downside is the price :)

June 30, 2015 - Fresh citrusy nose with slight tropical fruit. Pretty sharp acidity yet with decent fruit to support, drinking well now with an hour of air.
