  March 16, 2024 - Minerally and saline this had a bouquet o crushed seashells. There was a hint of sour greengage fruit giving a spine of shimmering acidity. It developed spice, melted butter and cream then toward the finish a delightful counter-balancing sweetness. There was lift and interest with each sip. Almost delicate it was simply exquisite and nigh on perfect. Everything you could ever wish for from a Chablis 1er Cru. CHP 94 pts

  February 2, 2024 - So minerally and lemon citrus, so intense, great concentration, good length. Really well made 1er Chablis. Paired perfectly with oysters. Had next to the Laurent Tribut Chablis 2020 and it was clear that this was at a whole other level.

  December 23, 2023 - Bone dry, minerally and steely this had a pronounced bouquet of oatmeal, oyster shells and sour greengages, which were then repeated on the palate. Beautifully fresh it develops just enough butter to offset the acidity and lubricate the stoniness. The elegance, weight and balance are simply perfect and the length of finish astonishing. Just how I love my Chablis. CHP 94 pts

  December 26, 2022 - Saline and minerally with notes of crushed oyster shells and chalk and flavours of green plums with maybe some lemon and green apple. Develops butter and a hint of spice as it progresses to a fine and persistent finish. It is simply beautifully proportioned and balanced, without a hair out of place. This is a classic 1er Cru Chablis which effortlessly ticks every box, and is the reason why I adore this style of wine. CHP 94 pts

  September 19, 2021 - C: Pale straw.
  N : Very pronounced chalk and crushed sea shells.
  T: No overt fruit, but perhaps green plums, but mainly minerally with characters of crushed seashells and chalk, enriched with a buttery texture. Fabulous balance and length.
  I: Very classy indeed and a very fine wine. CHP 93 pts
