April 11, 2024 - When I pulled this wine randomly looking for a Beaujolais- I saw my 2015 note and opened the bottle with some trepidation. Happy to report this has matured very nicely. Still a bit of bretty funk on open, but par for the course for this style. The strawberry fruit and acid were well balanced and made for a very enjoyable mature bojo. Love 2014!

March 3, 2022 - A lovely, rustic wine served with a lovelier-yet lunch of seared pork belly/braised white beans.
Mature nose of stewed berries and autumn leaves and....a bit of Brett. ( I have a pretty high tolerance, so ok with me). A nice balance between mature fruits and solid acidity.
Perfect for a nice weekday lunch.
Why the hell don't I keep my Beaujolais around to age a bit longer? -

May 31, 2020 - Nice surprise that it still felt so young - raspberry, violet, baking soda, stony minerality. Very fresh and still nicely resolved and softened. No natural wine flaws to be found. A hint of TCA though unfortunately so it could have been even better.
