January 7, 2012 - Decanted 4 hours. Nose really opened up to something special filled with black cherry and cassis. In the mouth it was very balanced, chalky texture, with a smooth finish that I don't think would have been there without the decant time. Tasting more red fruits and some chocolate. Definitely has plenty of cellar time left for my next bottle.
