  August 5, 2017 - This is the last of three bottles purchased from Garagiste back in 2015 and by far the most delectable of all three. Appearance is a medium, translucent pink salmon color yielding to a light body when swirled in the glass. Very aromatic, flavorful, and interesting. Immediate aromas of fresh peaches, ripe strawberries, and juicy watermelon wrapped around a deep mineral core. The aromas transition to the palate with a similar flavor profile, with more of the chalky minerality very notable. Acidity provides freshness, brightness, and zinginess which follows through on the long finish. Drink at a medium chill, and not too cold to maximize enjoyment.

  April 8, 2017 - Similar to my experience nearly a year ago. Aromas and flavors of ripe strawberry, juicy watermelon, and some tart raspberry all underscored with a mineral backbone. Solid acidity sets up and great mouthfeel and a strong ending.
