  January 21, 2016 - Brought to Villagio in Meisner Park. Shared with Mario and Adele, Mario and Aurora, Fernanda and Pat. Was worried that I might have waited too long. Took the opportunity to serve to a large group. Despite the fact that cork was extracted in two segments the wine turned out to be in good condition. Good color. No browning or fading. Fragrant nose. Up front blue fruit. Medium body. Medium finish. Brought unserved portion to Richard's The Best Cellar. The wine suffered a bit from having been open seven hours but was still enjoyed by all.

  November 24, 2014 - Opened this with concern that it was past its prime - concerns unfounded. Color not showing much age. Still good complexity of dark fruit on the nose and palate dominated by blueberry and vanilla. Body holding up pretty well although a tough rough & quick on the finish.

  May 3, 2010 - very nice merlot. closed at first, but opened up very nicely after an hour or so. drak fruit, very fine tannins, well balanced.
