December 21, 2017 - Medium nose shows red plum, barnyard, mushroom, roasted red pepper, dried herbs, funk. Palate is fresher, cranberry, red plum, sour cherry, some earth underneath, medium body, medium alcohol, medium light tannins, smooth finish. I would like some of the style of the nose to show more on the palate, but I think it will with time/air.
