October 10, 2015 - Encountered this on the list at Sink Swim in Chicago, a new and somewhat hip fish restaurant. While the per glass price, no fault of the wine, was a bit steep, the wine itself was good: a multi-grape blend, predominant minerality, moderate acid, some citrus, orchard fruit.
