March 22, 2016 - Lively acidity; Lime and citrus blossom; light gold hue; chilled to 49 and paired with Chinese dumplings and vegetables.

June 21, 2015 - The nose showed tart citrus and green herbs with hints of wet stone. It was richer on the palate than expected with saline-minerals, citrus and green apple acidity. It finished clean and mouthwatering.
