July 11, 2015 - The wine was light lemon in colour, with a touch of residual CO2. It offered lemon, pear, red apple, some peach and a touch of honey on the nose and palate, with some residual sugar (would have guessed Kabinett), medium-plus acidity and good length of the slightly bitter finish. The medium-bodied wine seemed a little stolid and cloying and would have benefited from more freshness, yet was correct and reasonably balanced. A forward, easy-drinking Riesling with very limited complexity.
