  September 4, 2023 - Nose: blueberry, musk, ginger, earth, banana
  Notes: body is a bit weak and it's quite underwhelming. Cannot say I'm a big fan and to be frank this is quite disappointing. Putting price aside if this was served blind I would not be able to tell that this is from a top notch Domaine. Give it the benefit of the doubt perhaps another year or two of cellaring could help?

  Beautifully smoky sous bois mature nose, charcuterie and BBQ meats, red fruits, florals, subtle spice, refined animale, limestone mineralite, feminine and beguiling, but with a seemlessly interwoven savoury edge, prototypically Gevrey, open from the get go but increasingly complex with air.
  Youthfully exuberant palate, embodying all of the above with prominent raspberries and violets, but overshadowed by a tinge of green and somewhat astringent tannin. Reflection of the vintage perhaps? Not perfect but perfectly delightful.

  January 3, 2023 - Le meilleur millésime que j’ai goûté de cette cuvée. Malheureusement ma seule et ma dernière tous millésimes confondus vu le déséquilibre entre l’offre et la demande. Un village de niveau supérieur à son rang, complexe, d’une grande finesse, excellent.

  October 29, 2021 - 1er soir à la Ferme Au Pied Levé: Une couleur pâle, nez floral délicat. C’est léger, fin, doucement épicé. Délicieux, mais ça manque de matière et longueur. Tanins fondus, il est prêt. 89 pts
