Cherry, graham cracker and cinnamon on the finish. Some heavy sediment. 14.3% alc. With salmon under a panko and mustard crust with some balsamic for good measure. 11.05.20. Recommended.

August 21, 2020 - Bright red fruit, light and acidic, reserved relative to many Loring wines. Some sharp aromatics that I can't quite put my finger on, not bad, just a little unexpected. Some nice forest floor notes to finish. This is a summer wine.
