  January 23, 2021 - Pretty good. Nothing to dislike. The label on the bottle says it is 15.5% alcohol but I don’t feel it at all. Very pleasant. I wonder if they still have buddhist monks come in to chant their prayers as the wine fermentates. Whatever works.

  June 21, 2019 - Drank this wine over 2 hours. Very interesting pinot noir here. When I first poured this into the glass it looked rather thin for a pinot. It was not dark or concentrated, looked watered down honestly. The palate again was disappointingly thin. First impression was that this is light, thin, not complex - but had a massive alcoholic bomb to it.
  
  This wine totally let down - did not enjoy it, not much to offer.
